Here are the options you have to schedule a tax appointment:

1. Slide down to our Flyer below and click on the link in the flyer and schedule an appointment.

2. Come to our Center and use our computer to schedule an appointment.

3. Come to our Center and have an OASC Volunteer enter your information for an appointment.

4. Call our Center and we will schedule an appointment for you.

If you choose this option and have a computer, printer, and email address we can email your tax intake forms by calling 262.567-4288.  If no computer or printer you, or your assignee, must come to our Center and pick up the intake forms. No identification is necessary.
